Joining Industry Memberships Lead by Women

The gaming and play industries are evolving faster than ever, and ensuring women have a seat (and a voice) at the table is crucial to driving real innovation. For years, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful representation and mentorship are in shaping the future of play, gaming, and entertainment. Yesterday I signed up to be a member of WiT - Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment and it is more than just a milestone for me, it’s about stepping into a community actively driving diversity, opening doors, and elevating female leaders across the industry.

When women win in play and gaming, the entire industry gains richer stories, more inclusive products, and stronger innovation.

As I launch my own tabletop agency, surrounding myself with this level of expertise, leadership, and vision is invaluable. I’m eager to contribute to the community, collaborate with amazing minds, and help build a more inclusive future for gaming and entertainment. Building a business from the ground up requires resilience and a solid village to support you. Being part of WiT gives me the opportunity to connect with brilliant trailblazers, collaborate with leaders who share a vision for inclusive growth, and bring that strength directly into the work we'll be doing with our clients.
